Philippe Lévy fait ses premières expériences en tant que comédien lorsqu'il à 12 ans au club théâtre de son collège. Il suit ensuite les cours au Théâtre du Jeune Public de Strasbourg.

Il multiplie ses destinations, ses expériences et ses rencontres.

Parmi ses projets théâtraux, il aborde des auteurs tels Shakespeare, Molière, Jarry, Danis, Debord.

Philippe tourne aussi pour le Cinéma et la Télévision, avec le réalisateur Patrick Jamin dans la série Action Spéciale Douanes diffusée sur France 2 et Bruno Garcia dans Enquêtes Réservées.

Coach-Répétiteur, il travaille avec le réalisateur François Guérin et les comédiens de la série « Ca va pas être possible» diffusée sur NRJ12, produit par Jean-Benoit Gillig.

Philippe Lévy travaille aujourd'hui sur plusieurs projets en tant que comédien, scénariste et réalisateur. Il conserve une volonté de travail et d'expériences nouvelles.
